17 PATAY, 4 SUGATAN SA NANGYARING BANGGAAN NG DUMP TRUCK AT VAN SA COTABATO

Kumpirmadong patay ang 17 indibidwal sa nangyaring banggaan ng dump truck at van sa Antipas, North Cotabato nitong Marso 25, 2024.

Sa post ng isang netizen, makikitang lumiyab at nasunog ang van kasama ang mga pasahero nang makasalpukan ang isang dump truck.

Kinilala ang mga biktimang sakay ng nasabing van:

1.   Mark Anthony Q. Bunda (Driver of the Utility Van), 26 years old, male, single driver and a resident of Brgy Pob Antipas -------- Driver of the Utility Van – DOA

2.   Irish L. Lopez, 30 years old, female, single, self-employed of Brgy Luhong, Antipas, Cot – DOA

3.   Mary Jane L. Lopez, 52 years old, married, housewife and a res of Brgy Luhon, Antipas, Cot -DOA

4.   Genevieve D, Vicente, 58 yrs old, married, widow and res of Luhong, Antipas, Cot -DOA

5.   Kimberly C. Armada, 20 yrs old, female, single, student and a res of Pob Antipas -DOA

6.   Xian P, Gellantilay, 5 yrs old, single, male a res of Kiab, Antipas, Cot – DOA

7.   May Grace T  Aaron, 38 yrs old, married, housewife and a res of Brgy Dolores, Antipas – DOA

8.   Perse Veranda C. Balolong, 73 yrs old, female, married, and a res of Pob Antipas -DOA

9.   Ernesto BR, Balolong Sr. 82 yrs old, married and a res of Pb Antipas, Cot – DOA

10.  Shirley S. Pojas, 28 years old, single and a res of Brgy Kiyaab, Antipas, Cot –DOA

11.  Winston Romano Sorsano, 40 yrs old, married, Aircondition Technician and a res. of San Marino Blk 7, Lot 16, Das Mariñas, Cavite-DOA

12.   Michael Jason Heguinto, 27 years old, single, J & T Courier, and a res. of Brgy Linao, Matalam, Cotabato-DOA

13.  Virginia Wayno Rufino, legal age, married, housewife and a res. of Prk 6 Brgy Sarayan, Matalam, Cot-DOA

14.  Maricel Ambay Castillon, 40 years old, married, OFW and a res. of Brgy Poblacion, Antipas, Cotabato-DOA

15.  Ryse Vince Lopez Suan, 6 yrs old, minor and a res of Luhong Antipas, Cot. – declared dead after several minutes by attending Physician of AMSHI

16.  Rosario Lopez Reyes of Brgy Luhong still admitted at the Antipas Medical Specialist Hos Inc.

17.  And Two (2) unidentified dead bodies 1 Male and 1 Female.

Habang ang mga sakay naman ng Ten Wheeler dump truck:

1.   Edwin Dumapias Nasiad (Driver of HOWO 10 wheeler truck) 49 years old, married, and a resident of Purok 2 Brgy. Tulungan Giuhing Digos City-Incurred minor injury

2.   Wilmark Josol Panoy (Helper), 27yo, single and resident of Batangueño, San Jose Digos City- Incurred minor injury

3.   Gregorio Wallace Casiño (Passenger) 53 years old, married Media Practitioner- Incurred minor injury

Batay sa inisyal na imbestigasyon, sinasabing nawalan ng preno ang naturang dump truck na may kargang buhangin at inararo ang kasalubong na van.

Dahil sa malakas na impact, nagliyab ang van at nasunog pati ang mga sakay nito na nagresulta sa kanilang agarang pagkamatay.

Samantala, nasa kustodiya na ng pulisya ang drayber ng truck at nahaharap sa patung-patong na kaso.
